First things first: Goals.

      I will be someone's thinspiration.

Hello, my name is Sarah. 
Weight loss for me is not just a goal but a necessity. A life or death situation. It may not happen tomorrow, next week or even in a few years but I know that every day that I don't get a handle on my weight and take control it will eventually kill me.

My current stats are:
Height - 5'10"
Weight - 231 lbs.
Bust - 45"
Waist - 35.5"
Hips - 46.5"
Thigh - 26"
Calf - 16.75"
Upper Arm - 16"
Wrist - 6.25"

Weight loss goal: 86 lbs.

According to Superskinnyme (love this site) I have a small to medium size frame and therefore my ideal weight is anywhere between 132-156 lbs. I am shooting for 145 to find that happy medium. 

Another excellent site is My Body Gallery. They have a ton of pictures donated by real women with their stats so you can get a clear perspective of how you look now versus how you could look at your goal weight.
